Judge "orders" Trump Administration to stop arresting people in California

We the people obviously refer to the new Americans in the newly formed nation, and those to come - NOT every foreigner who breaks into our country.
Notice Meanie Genie didn't include the word 'we' in 'We the People'.......a giveaway of a radical POV.

Why would an individual being here legally and committing no crime NOT show I.D. to law enforcement?
Why should anyone just "minding their own business", have to show identification to law enforcement.

Note: the supreme court already said they don't have to.

And now you want to effectively criminalize leaving your ID in your other pants.

So if whites were living among illegals and were arrested, it would be OK? Just not if they’re brown?
You aren’t going to pretend to oppose racial profiling, are you?

Hanging around with people is not a criminal activity.

People are allowed to associate with convicted felons, without demanding their identification.
Suspected “criminal activity” is whatever law enforcement decides it is. You keep leaving out keywords to steer your goofy position. Stop and frisk when employed by the great Rudy Giuliani in NYC was aimed right at black gangsters.
Today we are aimed at brown people speaking Spanish in public….Embrace it, you brought this shit on yourself.

Moronic Commie Judges say the most fucktarded things!!!!

Because it wasn't. You'll believe anything you're told.

The biggest demographic among illegal immigrants are Hispanics, Central, and Southern Americans.

Have 6.7 billion people broke into our country illegally?

ICE wouldn't know, until they find them. (currently or previously)

Which means they can't put them on their list until then.

They were in the presence of other illegals at the time of their detention.
Not known at the time of their detention, therefore cannot be reasonable suspicion for the detention.

You can’t use information gathered later to support earlier actions.

Actually, yes, it was. At the time of detention. If you are standing in the midst of anyone verified to be here illegally, and you are indistinguishable from the assailants, you will be asked to present your ID.

How hard is that for you to grasp?

Actually it's what the supreme court decides it is.
And they demand reasonable suspicion.

There’s a parking lot near me where the illegals hang out every morning waiting for day jobs. (It is a well-known fact.) Anyone in that crowd is suspect.

You’re telling me that there are such efforts by anti-American Democrats to keep the illegals in this country that ICE can’t swoop in and ask for IDs?

Uh no. They already have them on their list. You totally underestimate the power of the government's surveillance technology.

When does law enforcement ask for I.D. of one minding their own business? What if you were say, at a store and it gets robbed and the cops want to see your I.D.? After all you could be the perp. Why would you not want to identify yourself? All you are doing is giving them probable cause to take you downtown and question you.

Reasonable suspicion today is being brown….Sorry Humberto.
