Judge "orders" Trump Administration to stop arresting people in California

Sittin' and starin' out of the hotel window
Got a tip they're gonna kick the door in again
I'd like to get some sleep before I travel
But if you got a warrant, I guess you're gonna come in

They're both federal crimes.

Just like they're all illegals. They're all crimes.
You sure use the word 'crime' with reckless abandon. Are you seriously trying to say tearing off a mattress tag is the same as being a serial killer? Man, you're getting desperate. Bless yer heart. :itsok:

Sec of Homeland Security Kristi Noem says they are not going to change the way they operate.

Nor do they have to. The judge told them not to use racial profiling, but there is no evidence that they are, other than wishful thinking.

The DNC should be paying for the costs of appealing these absurd rulings.

A GD tune won't save you. :itsok:

And you use "illegal" alien with even more reckless abandon, since the majority of them committed no crime. Here or abroad.

BTW: Violation of immigration regulations, is NOT a crime.
They are only subject to fines and deportation, not jail.

So you’re saying that every Democrat town or city can decide to obstruct the people’s wish, as indicated by the election of a president who campaigned on correcting Biden’s failure at the Southern Border, to deport illegal aliens?
If what the executive is doing is illegal yeah. The republicans should too. Why do you think the executive gets to violate the law?

Noem should have to pay the settlements for the many civil rights lawsuits they’re going to be responsible for.

The term 'illegal-alien' is used in our immigration law. Why do you call it 'reckless?' Oh yeah, you don't like America. Oh yeah, you're wrong again too.

"Whether it's by crossing the U.S. border with a "coyote" or buying a fake U.S. passport, a foreign national who enters the U.S. illegally can be both convicted of a crime and held responsible for a civil violation under the U.S. immigration laws. Illegal entry also carries consequences for anyone who might later attempt to apply for a green card or other immigration benefit."

Oh, yeah.

How is Abrego Garcia's civil rights lawsuit going for him?

Has anyone besides Senator Van Hollen contributed to his GoFundMe?

These lawsuits take years. There are many victims.

Yep, that's why most of them run....because they're sweet little angels, dumbass.

Remember when your Cult demanded everyone carry a vax card?

Good times.
