Why would Berkshire Hathaway sell all of their V and MA?

I don't particularly understand this one. Why would new boss Greg Abel sell all of their Visa and all of their MasterCard? Both have been huge long term winners. Is this nothing more than a power play to show that there's a new boss and he's not the same as the old boss?

It says here, this is a stupid move.

Why would you want to be in any way associated with people who will default ?
If you think matters are bad now , just give it four- five months more and you will see mayhem and disaster both individually , corporately and with official national bankruptcy .

Buffet has been moving out of markets and into cash for a considerable time .At least the last year .
In the even bigger picture ,countries are refusing US Treasuries/ Bonds and continuing to load with Gold and other PMs .
