Zone1 Jehovah's Witnesses

So, anyone called to repentance and faith must be directed by God to the LDS church otherwise their calling is false?
You like to move goal posts. Anyone can teach good and call people to repent. But, it does not give anyone the authority to teach correct doctrine nor does it give anyone the right to perform ordinances such as baptisms and giving the gift of the Holy Ghost.

I'm talking about those who are called to repentance by God. They are usually called into a church at the same time.

Many denominations claim that right and can trace their ecclesiastical authority back centuries. LDS is late to the party. Also this,

49 And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us.

50 And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us.

Casting out demons is pretty heavy stuff.

I am not a Jehovah's Witness, but I agree with most of their beliefs. What is it that causes many people to exclude them from Christianity?

IF you agree with most of their beliefs, then why question how they practice their belief? It is none of your damn business one way or the other.

Casting out devils is not a priesthood ordinance. Anyone can do this just by raising your right hand (left if you do not have a right hand) and saying "Satan, in the name of Jesus Christ, I command you to depart. We don't say that other Churches and individuals don't have partial truth and opportunities. Not at all. There's a church around our place that works primarily with people who are addicts of drugs and/or alcohol. The do great work and help people with their demons. We've had some of them join with our Church because of the old saying "You are or become who you hang around." We don't promote alcohol, tobacco or drugs and so people trying to stay sober have a better shot with hanging around Latter-day Saints. And, going on to the next covenant of true baptism, gift of the holy ghost, washing and annointings, endowment covenants and sealings of families together. Also, lay work in the Church as well.

I believe LDS is one of many Christian ministries that has a particular appeal to certain people. God is casting a wide net. I don't believe there is 'one true' denomination. God's people are everywhere, although not in great numbers, imo.

Is he God or just another prophet? He is part of the Godhead and when Jesus proclaimed to be the Son of God, he said he is the Lord God of Israel. JWs do not believe the concept of the Son of God as Christians do.

they believe that jesus is the son of god. not GOD, not merely a prophet either.

And, I agree with the wide net. I believe that many are simply not ready for the entire gospel with the full doctrine, commandments, ordinances and covenants to reach the highest kingdom of Heaven, The Celestial kingdom or glory 1Corinthians chapter 15. Many won't give up certain vices and yet want to have some contact with Jesus Christ. Then, when people are ready to make more commitments, they will receive the missionaries and be baptized and start their progression to the next covenant and the next and the next.... There is only one Church that will lead them all the way to the Celestial glory in heaven.

if my own fundy sister can't, you certainly won't.
For those that come to God, they do so in their own way and own time. But for the value of that relationship to manifest itself, it must be more than just conceptual. It must be tangible.

because Jesus is Jehovah and God is Elohim
And Jesus really didn't have a physical resurrection and is in heaven as a spirit.
They don't believe the Holy Ghost is a person, but is some sorta force.

If Jesus had a physical resurrection and ascension, where did He go? If heaven is a physical place, where is it?

15th post
He ascended back to heaven, and no one knows where heaven is
That is not an answer to my questions. Do you believe that heaven is a physical place located somewhere in the universe?

if you believe in Jesus, you have to believe in the scriptures The scriptures state Jesus had a physical resurrection
Luke 24:36-39 with a body of flesh and bones
his ascension verse 51
Acts 1:11 is the best
