Deadly force is only warranted when the threat of death exists. The woman didn't pose such a threat...she had no weapon nor made no threat.

Deadly force is only warranted when the threat of death exists. The woman didn't pose such a threat...she had no weapon nor made no threat.

Mark and Patricia McCloskey thought so, yet they didn't shoot anyone and are still facing charges. Can't say the same for the BLM supporting cop that actually killed Babbitt.
