Medical ethics require doctors to honor their patients wishes as far as medical treatment. Their appendix could be about to burst, and they could refuse lifesaving surgery.

It’s funny, I often ask the anti vaxxers if they spoke to an actual doctor about the vax and I either get none replies or carefully worded answers like Sue just gave.
