25 states each? Not the worst idea. Dems get all the major univ and research centers cause the Repugs don't seem to care much for those left wing pursuits. Repubs can have Miss. and Texas, cause who would want that much polution and stupidity except Repubs. Dems get all the coast states cause they are already there. Along with the gays. Repubs get GA, SC NC, TN and ALABAMA. Dems get all New England. etc etc. Repubs can have KY cause thats where the Creation Museum (a shrine) is and Dems get Ohio (cause that's where I live and I don't want to move). Split FL 50/50 on a rotating basis (N/S) so everybody could go on vacation. Repubs get AZ. Dems get IL. We could work it out.

With proper paperwork, each party could drive through the others state, without fear of imprisonment.

Truckers would have to be Independents or swing both ways.

Here is the reality of the political landscape in America today: the left has slid further and further left on the political scale and now the majority of the party is ruled by hard line radical communists/marxists/socialists/fascists, complete with all of the propaganda that ideology is known for. They are the parasite class that believes they are entitled to at least 50% of everything else other people have, and they will take it by force (well, they will try anyway ).

About 50 years ago, the golden boy of their party - John F. Kennedy - said two profound things. The first was that the only way to recover from a struggling economy was to cut taxes. The second, and more famous, was "Ask not, what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country". Today, anyone expressing that is viciously attacked by the idiot liberal dumbocrat as a "radical wing nut". That's how far off the sanity wagon their party has fallen.

So every day, America wakes up and butts heads with a radical ideology which is heavily uneducated and which is unwilling to work. And each day that is causing America to slip further into collapse. It's time that we end the war, part ways in a friendly manner, and allow them to incorporate their failed ideology (which will ultimately end in poverty for them like it has for Cuba and every other nation). Split the nation - 25 states each. Then we can continue the conservative constitutional path that created the greatest nation and earth and continue to thrive. There is no reason we should let their ignorance and failures drag us down.

Mississippi was one of the WORST ravaged and OPPRESSED by the "help" the north supplied the south. You MIGHT want to get an actual clue about the REAL history of this country and how it effects the present before blindly posting skewed statistical data as proof of some malformed political theory by political hack blogers!

I'd start with a fella named Jefferson Davis and what he did after the war to gain some insight into why that might be. But hey, I doubt that's going to happen. It will NOT be found on some blog or huffington post!

By the way, Washington, DC (17 grand) spends TWICE what Mississippi (8 grand) does on education per student and graduates nearly 20% FEWER students...61% to 43%! And it's the same with every one BUT 1 of the top 5 spenders...BLUE STATES ALL!

Of the top 5 spenders, 4 are at or near the bottom in performance and graduation and the 5th, New York has lowered it's graduation standards so low that less than 12% of 80% it graduates can actually pass entry exams to get into college!

So I'd be tickled as hell to let you liberals piss good money after bad...as long as it's not mine...and take my chances with our "conservative utopia" to get shed of the Department of Education and put the education and rearing of our kids back where it belongs...in our homes and home towns!

The AVERAGE across the entire country is about .10 cents of every dollar collected by the fed makes it back to the states. THAT is the politically inconvenient FACT.

That crap was proven bogus back when it came out in 2007 and liberals tried to use it in the run up to the elections. They skewed the data by only counting Income Tax as contributions from states, but included everything from Social Security, unemployment and UNFUNDED mandated spending as federal payouts. That's right, they counted money that wasn't even SENT.

By the way, reds states DO get more federal funds as a percentage of the total pie and that is because there are MORE RED STATES BY A MILE!

Next, let's see, the "red states" are also know as something else. What is it? Oh yeah, THE BREAD BASKET!!!

Our lazy red state asses FEED 60% of the entire WORLD! 20% of EVERY GALLON of gas you pump into your Prius comes from corn ethanol grown by our lazy asses! Over 1/2 of all automobiles still built in this country are built by our lazy asses...INCLUDING the Prius which is built in MISSISSIPPI! You know, that state Liberal says he can do without?

On the other hand, blue state jackwagons are so piled on top of each other they can't even feed the people in their own states. A few cabbages can't feed a country...even a TINY country. Hell, Commifornia has to get the water it uses to grow crap from other states...RED states!

Liberals need to shut all this kind of noise up...unless they just enjoy having their extreme ignorance expose publicly!
