It’s Kamala Harris for VP

Well... I've made no secret of the fact that I can't and won't vote for Trump. I've made no secret of the fact that Biden is not my guy either, but figuring that he probably will not serve an entire four years, I left the door slightly ajar just in case his VP pick was someone of quality I could support. Harris isn't that person...

I will say this though, someone (probably several someones) did a mighty fine job of scrubbing her Wikipedia page. If one was not familiar with Kamala Harris, one would be inclined to believe that she has never been touched by controversy during the entire length of her career...
well most honest current and former Californians know better Mick......

Just announced

She is a tough cookie. Should give Trump fits

Are you worried about her decision to refrain from prosecuting Steve Mnuchin?

Will you be more concerned if he picks Larry Summers for Treasury Secretary?

https://populardemocracy.org/news-a...hy-she-didn-t-prosecute-steven-mnuchin-s-bank

"Mnuchin is Donald Trump’s nominee to run the Treasury Department, and served as CEO of OneWest from 2009 to 2015.

"In an internal memo published on Tuesday by The Intercept, prosecutors at the California attorney general’s office said they had found over a thousand violations of foreclosure laws by his bank during that time, and predicted that further investigation would uncover many thousands more."

And you've all shown yourselves to be the dishonest hypocrites we all know you are and it's only been minutes. You guys freely criticize the Trump Tards' hypocrisy while looking past the mirror avoiding your own reflection.
Oh, is ‘concern over hypocrisy’ another discarded conservative value that’s making a comeback just before a Democratic administration? Like fiscal austerity, and worry about the debt/deficit?

You’re all completely transparent in your dishonesty and we won’t forget.

I'm not a conservative, retard. Maybe you take that up with them.

I don't have an active account anymore, but I searched for Biden in my workaround way.

Here are the top "liked" replies to his announcement, keeping in mind I don't have a followed account, so it might be different for others. One pattern I am noticing, little enthusiasm from black voters and progressives.

I really don't see her as any different than Hillary, except, Trump now had four years to obtain the Black vote and even more Bernie supporters. I've been outspoken in my support for Trump, in particular his policies on China. Being objective, I really believe this was possibly his most risky choice.

His best choice, would have been Warren, as much as I don't like her policies, he had a real chance if he chose her. Then, the former military/cop candidates Duckworth and Demings. Both who were in service. Instead, he took the most political of the politicians.

Here are some of the following on twitter (they change if I refresh I think):

Following Meme: "Trash"

Meme: "Oh F**k off"

- A happy picture with him and Harris together.

Meme: 'Well Done" *clapping*

Some Black Lives Matter dude, with a picture of Daffy Duff dancing: "Best of luck losing in disgrace as you’re expected to"

This comment by some dude that got over 3k likes: "The guy who passed the mass incarceration bills and a woman who enforced them, it's perfect! Good luck!"

In the debate, Harris should ask Pence "Do you require a chaperone to continue"?. That refers to Pence's policy of refusing to meet with a woman alone.

So who should replace Harris as senator from California after the win?

Not Adam Schiff. He'd be better as Attorney General.
oh geezus...lol...

Agreed, me be the latter.

Biden shows strength in picking Harris as VP.
He picked a woman who has criticized him.
Trump does not have the balls to pick anyone who criticized him or a woman.
Trump continually shows he is very insecure and as a result a very weak human. He is a pathetic human.
Biden bends the knee to a woman that called him a racist. What a pathetic sap.

It just proves he won’t be wearing the pants, she will be.

She carries a lot of baggage, even with the Blacks.

It's why I was very surprised. I don't care how much Obama campaigns, there is no way she gets the black vote motivated to vote. Trump had to have gained from that demographic now.

I just hope Trump is smart and he takes the middle. It seems he is doubling down on her being a socialist, which is fine, but if his team wants to win, they have to pull up the controversies of her as AG, it will place a real wedge between him and Dem voters. If Biden loses 5% of the black vote, it's a cakewalk for Trump.
