Not that they were necessarily going to use it to make a bomb, but being above 20% enrichment, it could have been used to make one if they had more.

With the leadership and expertise of the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Arms Control and Nonproliferation and the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), the U.S. achieved this key nuclear security milestone in a matter of months, and more than two years faster than originally planned."
