60 police.en died on 9/11/01 attempting to save the lives of Americans trapped in the twin towers...
60 police officers selflessly gave their lives attempting to help AMERICANS - not WHITE Americans, not AFRICAN / BLACK Americans, not LATINO Americans, etc... - AMERICANS.
60 police officers paid the ultimate price to try to save AMERICANS - not STRAIGHT HETEROSEXUALS, not GAYS, not LESBIANS, not TRANSEXUALS, not 'QUEERS', etc... - AMERICANS...
The United States is under attack today from far left extremists, anarchists, Socialists, Communists, race baiters, and domestic terrorists funded by foreign enemies who seek to rip this country apart by bringing us 'sins' of the past...
They seek to manipulate and divide Americans by pointing out all the worst times and mistakes in our past and convince us THAT is who we are.
THAT IS A LIE!
Look back at your own past, at your own lives, remember and focus on all the mistakes and bad things you may have done and then ask yourself is THAT who you are? Do all of those negative things define YOU?
The answer, of course, is NO!
The actions, the sacrifice made without hesitation by 60 policeman and hundreds of firefighters on 9/11/01 showed that despite our difference, despite our problems, we are 1 nation, 1 people, united together, and we are ready to lay down our lives for one another at any time.
Policemen, firefighters, soldiers, nurses, average citizens...
We can not allow hatemongers, enemies of this nation, those who seek to create division and violence as the 'bullets' and us as the 'weapon' against each other and this nation.
Instead of focusing on the differences we need to focus on the things we have in common, that bring us together.
Instead of focusing on and obsessively hating the struggles and mistakes of our past, we need to focus on all the great things, great people, accomplishments, and events that have made this country great and has brought us TOGETHER.
We are greater, stronger, TOGETHER.
On 9/11/01 we were all AMERICANS. ON 9/11/12 we declared to the world ' NO ONE TREATS MY FELLOW AMERICANS, MY FAMILY, MY COUNTRY LIKE THIS - WE ARE UNITED, AND THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY!'
It's time to reject the voices that are telling us our past mistakes and struggles define us, that this country is evil and we should be ashamed of it, that this country must be burned to the ground, ripped apart to atone for those sins / mistakes.
Its time to reject hatred and division, focus on what we have in common and u ties us, and time to work together to build A better America together.
