Israel clarified to Russia that IDF will continue Syria strikes

You only accept Israeli propaganda. Russia will defend Syrian air space with the S-400, as stated. Russia has no fear of Israel. The S-400 is, in many ways, superior to the Patriot. Israel has nothing that can defeat it.

An Australian evaluation of the S-300/S-400.

lol Russia never stated it would even try to defend Syria from Israeli attacks and Putin would have to be either stupid or crazy to consider it. The S-400 may deter the US because the US has no vital national security interests in Syria, but Israel's vital security interests are at stake in preventing Iranian forces from becoming entrenched in Syria or Lebanon or in allowing the shipment of advanced weapons to Hezbollah, so if Israel had ti destroy the Russian bases in Syria to protect these interests, it would have no choice but to do it.

And, if Israel attacks the Russian bases, Russia would have to destroy a large part of Israel to avoid losing face. Russia sees downing a large number of Israeli aircraft as commercial promotion of the S-400 and the new S-500 area defense systems. Turkey has invited Russia to enter the tender for new systems for the Turks in competition with western systems like Patriot, Aster, Aspide etc.

Vladimir Putin has issued a clear warning to Israel, saying that unless they order their fighter jets to leave Syrian airspace immediately, Russia be forced to take action. "

You are an idiot. All of European Russia is within range of Israel's Jericho III missiles which can't be stopped by the S-400, so the idea Russia would go to war with Israel in order to sell more S-400 systems is idiotic. Russia has been humiliated in the past when it engaged Israel and it would be humiliated again if it did that now. Russia has no use for the Arabs other than to maintain the appearance of legality for its bases in Syria, so as long as Israel does nothing to threaten the Russian bases or to overthrow Assad, Russia would have no reason to risk a war with Israel.

When was Russia "humiliated" by Israel. LOL
Israel can be utterly destroyed by one Satan 2. Russia has 55,000 nukes. Israel would be committing suicide. Stopping a few arms from getting to Lebanon, which will get there anyway, is not something Israel will risk utter destruction for.

In any case the Lebanese have the arms as a deterrent against another Israeli invasion. And, that's a good thing.
Israel could be destroyed by Russian nukes and nearly all of Russia could be destroyed by Israeli nukes. That's why Russia doesn't want to engage Israeli militarily. Russia would lose its bases in Syria and if Russia attacked Israel it would lose Moscow and the rest of European Russia. Your mad fantasies about killing Jews have no basis in fact or logic.

It's more of a question is why would Israel want to engage the Russians militarily when they have said that they will not allow Israeli aircraft to invade Syrian air space.

Of course the Russians have not said that, but if they had, stopping the shipments of advanced weapons to Hezbollah is of such vital importance to Israeli security that Israel would have to neutralize Russia's ability to prevent Israeli attacks on these shipments.

Israel has no capability to neutralize Russia's ability to defend Syrian air space. You seem to forget that whether you like it or not, Russia has similar capability as the U.S. with respect to air power. Plus, Israel is attacking Syria to weaken Syria. Arm shipments are not the target. The air base Syria attacked hosts no Hezbollah. It's a smoke screen.

Technologically Russia is far behind both the US and Israel, and while Russia is powerful in eastern Europe, in the ME Israel is far more powerful. If a conflict broke out the Russian bases could be gone in a half hour. Israel is concerned with Hezbollah and Iran, but Assad is of little to no concern. If Israel had wanted to get rid of Assad, he would have been gone back in 2012. Assad will not risk a war with Israel and neither will Iran, but Hezbollah will, so stopping these shipments is of vital importance to Israel.

Why? The Israelis have the right to protect themselves. The Palestinians are not going to move west beyond the Bank. Won't happen. They will die if they try. They always have before now and ever will in the future.

Didn't know Syria was attacking Israel?

When did that happen?

Interesting point of consideration. Does a nation have to be directly at war with another nation in order to protect itself? If a nation is using a third party to hide, transport, smuggle weapons intended for use against it, does it not have the right to defend?

Israeli aircraft would be destroyed shortly after take-off. The U.S. would suffer terrible losses against the Russian theater air defense systems.

"Ever since it destroyed Syria’s anti-aircraft systems in 1982, Israel’s air force has enjoyed absolute aerial superiority (and therefore, almost complete freedom of action) on the northern front. But that effectively ended the moment Russia decided to beef up its aerial defenses around Tartus. Almost without effort, the Russians managed to restrict the strongest air force in the Middle East."

Russians will not attack IDF aircraft.

The Americans would deny them the Eastern Med if they did.

Fuck Benny

· Israeli arms sales to Europe grew from $724M in 2014 to $1.63B in 2015

· Although the size of New Jersey Israel is one of the top 10 arms dealing nations in the world

· Israel produces 60% of all drones worldwide and sells to over 50 countries, at times selling to both sides of a given conflict, and Israel fueled the drones arms race between India and Pakistan

Palestine is an open air weapons testing and crowd control laboratory with Palestinians being used in the development phase; Gaza is a lab of mass destruction. US super bunker busters were supplied to the Israelis in 2014 and investors stock shot up; war is just business after all.

The “War in Terror” has been a boon to the industry, you’ve seen what amounts to advertisement in every “news” outlet, we are being whipped up into a frenzy once again. The industry also pioneers crowd control research on the Palestinians, and Israel is involved in the training of American forces and law enforcement. We see this in the militarization of our own police departments, Ferguson was but one example of how our system is prepping to Palestinianize our own population, and in fact Ferguson now has Israeli developed/sold skunk spray post the Ferguson events, although no incidents have yet been reported of use on American streets. It’s pretty clear that the Israeli occupation style power structure is moving toward the same in America; a warehousing of the poor in a post industrial age with diminishing living wage jobs and privatized for profit prisons complete with a return to convict leasing.

Much of the security monitoring and mass surveillance technologies are also produced in Israel and sold across the globe. “Targeted assassination” was invented in Israel, which Obama was quite fond of. Abu Ghraib torture methods? Israel.

The US and Israel are not allies. The US and Israeli arms dealers are allies, and war is the business they are both in. We are all collateral damage.

Your hysterical anti-Americanism and anti-semetism robs any credibility from any point you might be serious about trying to make, if there are any you actually care about buried in there.

Would you not consider F16's flying into Syria, who is not attacking Israel, an act of war against Syria?

Is it 'pro-active protection' to randomly go bomb, that is NOT, attacking IN ANY WAY that country?

Isn't that called 'act of war'?
