That sounds like Affirmative Action, a government program used for decades! I mean, all the left talks about is racial EQUITY, in fact, Biden is trying to make it a MANDATE in all federal agencies! So I'm lost how a cartoon describing a black guy getting ahead over a well-used and known mechanism being mandated by the president right now can get you banned???!!! But don't just take my word, here it is in B&W:

I would argue it very likely both these people were hired because of their personal profile and NOT because of any particular background of experience, skill or learning.

Naw, all that was over by the time I came along. We still fought the bused in students but for a different reason:
They jumped our big black friend (who played tuba in the fuckin' band and was not a fighter) and hit him with a chair for no reason.
Oh, we fucked 'em up proper after school. Laid 'em all out and all of us were still standing. There was more of them, too.
It's like they called their cousin's uncle's brothers n shit. The ones creeping around the parking lot thinking about coming towards
us out in the field, after seeing what we did to the 1st wave, did not approach.

But had I not mentioned anything, it would have stood, no doubt.
They're only going to be held acountable or to any standard from down here in the trenches. That's just the reality of things, unfortunately.
Worst thing that can happen by having the courage to do so is you catch a contempt of maude charge and get thrown in the hole for a while. Pft...
People aren't likely to stand up for themselves against corruption in any meaningful way unless they see someone else do so first. And the po po knows it. Which, as I said previously, is why they pick the loudest one to throw in the back of the van first.

Welp, I wouldn't have posted that meme, because it does go pretty far to exaggerate the racial stereotypes of the smart, clear cut educated white guy vs. the illiterate black guy who thinks only of watermelon and fried chicken.
Thing is, it may be an exaggeration of racial stereotypes, and therefore an exaggeration of the point the author was trying to make that better qualified people are in some cases getting passed over for less qualified people because they didn't fit the racial profile being looked to fill. And government agencies among others ARE looking to fill racial profiles because they are being FORCED to.
Look at every commercial now: every party has a PC-approved mixture of whites, blacks, men and women, in fact, more often now, the white dude is painted as an idiot with the wife holding things together. And the kids are practically running the house.
That said, was the meme racist? I suppose because it could be seen as promoting harmful stereotypes even if sometimes partly based in reality, but would I have banned you for it? Probably not unless you were the one who drew it, otherwise, I might have just told you not to go there and just deleted the meme.
