If the Ashli Babbitt murder/shooting was so justified why was she the only one shot? Didn’t hundreds break in?

You're pathological. :eusa_liar:

Even showing you representatives were up in the gallery, you continue to deny reality. And no matter how much you deny reality, the gallery is still part of the chamber, so the chamber was not empty despite your pathological lying.

As far as Benedict Babbitt, it matters not that she was unarmed. She was part of a violent mob that was beating up police and threatening the safety of lawmakers. It was the job of police to utilize any means necessary to keep that mob away from lawmakers & their staff. Which is what Byrd did. Byrd is a hero who saved lives.

Wrong.
The Visitor's Gallery is not part of Congress, and if any Congress members were there, it was totally deliberate and in individual choice to WANT to be there.
All members of Congress had been officially escorted out of Congress BEFORE the police at the door to the Speaker's Lobby were told to abandon their post.
They clearly could have held it indefinitely.
They left solely because there was no longer any reason to hold that doorway anymore.
And you can easily see in the video they were totally frightened by Bryd pointing a gun at them, not by Ashli or any of the rioters.

And it is a lie to claim the rioters were beating up or threatening anyone.
It is NOT the job of the police to protect anyone more than anyone else, and that included Ashli Babbitt.
Byrd is a murderer who should never be allowed to be armed ever again.

Watch the video where she got shot, ignoramus.
She was the only one to jump through the window frame - like a TOTAL moron.
DUH!!!

The window frame that just went to another empty hallway.
It was totally illegal to shoot Ashli, and nothing was gained by it.
You can't shoot someone for trespassing on public property.
And normally the Speaker's Lobby is open to the public.

Because police in this country don’t engage in widespread shoot outs.

Sure they do, if you are Black and no one is videoing the murder.

But the argument that Ashli crossed the line in the sand is invalid because it is clear she was never told by anyone where that line was.
A NORMAL person defending anything would have fired a warning shot first.
Anyone who shoot an unarmed woman in the neck as a first shot, is a homicidal monster who should never be allowed in normal society.

Anyone who watches the video will plainly see that Faun is the liar. There are cops all over the place as the window is being broken. Some had walked down a few stairs, but any of them could have taken a few seconds and put zip ties on Babbitt.

Faun loves authoritarian goons murdering unarmed women.

Faun has no right to criticize fascism, murder, or violence against women since he is an advocate for all three.
LOL

Now there's video evidence you're insane. There were no other cops near her when she climbed up into that window frame...

They had all left the area. One was at the top of the stairs and all the others were walking down.

You're lying again. The gallery is part of the chamber and there were lawmakers sill inside...

When the mob breached the Capitol, the majority of the 435 House members were in their offices in the surrounding buildings, or on the House floor. Capitol Police quickly cleared the House floor and ushered those lawmakers into a safe room. But for the 30 or so lawmakers in the gallery — all Democrats, according to members — there was no such quick rescue.

Rioters had swarmed into the building quickly, before the gallery could be evacuated. The best police could do was to lock the doors and tell lawmakers to hunker down, according to members’ accounts.

They watched police barricade the chamber’s door and hold back the insurgents, who had broken a glass window into the chamber. They heard the mob approaching in the nearby hallways and the gunshot that killed Ashli Babbitt, a rioter who broke through a blocked hallway and was slain by a Capitol Police officer guarding lawmakers.

She was murdered 45 minutes after the “lockdown” was declared and the legislative session was ended. Congress people would have had no reason to stay in accessible areas within the Capitol knowing full-well that all entrances were under siege by tens of thousands of Patriots.
The filthy toad committed murder and all sane folks not dark or woke know it.
Look, I’m good with the new precedent and empowerment of cops…it’s open season on savage jungle people.

"Toad" is white supremacist code for black

Be gone racist

The window Ashes tried climbing through was just feet away from an unbarricaded door leading into the House Chamber.

And you're lying about the Speaker's Lobby being open to the public. It's never opened to the public...

§ 4.1 Persons who are not entitled to floor privileges under Rule XXXII may not be admitted to the ‘‘Hall of the House or rooms leading thereto,’’ which include the cloakroom and the Speaker’s lobby.

There are no tours open to the public and it's reserved for lawmakers, staff, press, and invited guests.

If truth and reality were on your side, you wouldn't have to lie like ya do. :eusa_liar:

The line in the sand was in front of Ashes from where she was told to "get back."

Liar...

With rioters ransacking the Capitol, Rep. Jim Himes hunkered in the visitors’ gallery overlooking the House chamber. He watched colleagues below rush to exit the floor, heard the reverberation of a single shot from somewhere close and waited his turn to evacuate.

A trio of Capitol Police officers with guns drawn then led Mr. Himes and about two dozen colleagues—the last lawmakers in the chamber—across the long gallery, maneuvering through narrow rows of seats and over brass handrails. The officers were agitated and shouting at one another, he said, because they didn’t know which of the doors leading to the hallway to pick.

That should end that bogus talking point

But it won’t

It's truly bizarre how these rightwing freaks make up events that didn't happen when there's video evidence they're lying.
