They had all left the area. One was at the top of the stairs and all the others were walking down.

The blue shoulder to the right obviously is a cop.
And if the cops were walking away, that proves you are WRONG.

And the only reason that could be is if they were all told by radio that the House Floor had been empties of all those who wanted to leave.

The only person who apparently did not "get the memo", was Bryd, who mistakenly thought there was a reason to deliberately murder an unarmed woman.
He was so close when he pulled the trigger, that he if he had not been behind another barricade to his side meeting hall, that he could just have shoved her back.
That was absolutely no reason or justification to shoot. And personally, I think anyone who could get that close to another human being, and deliberately shoot to kill, is an inhuman monster, who should never be allowed to walk the streets with normal people.

He had deliberately gone into the public viewing area, to mix with the rioters.
That means no one was actually at all worried about the rioters, in any way.
If they had been, then Jim Himes would not have deliberately gone into the public visitor's gallery, where rioters already were.

The window Ashli was trying to go through was at the top of the stairs.
If the cops had moved away from the window, Ashli still would have been directly behind them and easily arrested, if they felt there was any need.
The fact they were NOT trying to restrict that window any longer, proves there was no threat to anyone from crossing that window threshhold.
Otherwise the police would not have left.
And in fact, we know the police were not outnumbered, because down the stair, there were at least half a dozen helmeted cops with machine guns.
They came up immediately when they heard the shot.
So clearly there were an abundance of cops hidden in reserve, who were never needed, called, or used.

As far as the House Chamber, clearly you are a liar.
It is obviously empty of all congress people, in the video.
The scant few people who were left were staff who wanted to stay for some reason.
There were plenty of cops and easy exits to the subway, so anyone who wanted to leave had left, long ago.

Congress people can not normally easily get to the Visitor's Gallery, and to do so, they would have to go to where the rioters were, in the main lobby, and up the visitor's stairway.
You can not get to the Visitor's Gallery from the House Chamber floor.

So Himes must have deliberately gone to the Visitor's Gallery because of the riot, and wanting to see or talk to the riotors.
