What needs to be understood with all this gerrymandering, Red areas are now less red and blue areas are now more blue.
Opposite in Virginia. Blue areas less blue and red area more red.
Dilution of the party in power. If the minority party actually shows up at the midterms, they can steal some districts IN FLORIDA AND ALSO IN VIRGINIA.
