The McDonald shooting hits close to home for me because my racist brother and his crazy wife are good friends with the officer involved. As a result, we've barely been on speaking terms for the last decade.

It wasn't just Rahm who downplayed the shooting, it was everyone in the chain of command (most of whom Rahm fired after the video came out), and the Fascist Order of Police, which went to the mattresses for him. The State's Attorney sat with her thumb up her ass for a year as well.
