No. I am arguing with you. I worked in the oil and gas industry for 37 years. Other than tax credits for unconventional oil and gas during the period from the 80's to the early 2000's there were no subsidies for producers to produce oil and gas.As per usual you aren't arguing with me...you're arguing with the real world:

Except as I have already pointed out other than unconventional tax credits - which lowered tax payments - no oil company was ever subsidized to produce oil and gas.He does.
