There was real probable cause evidence, found by a grand jury, that Trump likely broke the law....and should have gone to trial....and if found guilty, he indeed committed the crimes, and if found not guilty by the jury of 12, then he would have been not guilty of the crimes.

"Lawfare" has become a catchall meme for trumples just like "fake news." Just as they refer to damning reporting about Dear Leader as fake news, so too they refer to legitimate, fact based prosecutions as lawfare. It's an emotional crutch so they don't have to face the truth.
