The National Transportation Safety Board has discovered that the man who was killed in a crash involving a Tesla SUV was playing a game on his phone at the time of the crash.

The man was identified as Apple engineer Walter Huang.

The NTSB said Huang was on his phone playing a game while the vehicle’s autopilot system was engaged. The SUV swerved and hit a concrete barrier on the freeway in Mountain View, California, in March 2018.

One can only wish we had a frame of his phone's camera feed at the instant of the crash to see the shocked and amazed look of disbelief on his face as he realizes his technology has failed him and what a fool he was to trust his life to it when he could have just been driving himself!

I bet it was somewhat similar to ther look of shock and disbelief Kobe had as he hit the mountain realizing he just spent $40,000 to die needlessly just because he thought he could afford it when he could have simply driven himself in his car.
