How many of you exercise regularly

I started it because I was interested in what others did for exercise: only that.

Donald H and Bralian made it about what they thought it meant about others.

Why?
When did I make it what I thought about others? My whole two posts on this thread I simply stated what I do daily for exercise, like everyone else, and my other post was responding to DonaldH accusing people of “blowing their horn”

It became dull and so I added something to make it more interesting, and it worked. You can always take it back to what it was!

I've never claimed to be above Americans and I have no control over what you're thinking or how you act out your feelings. Why not just go with the flow.

After 4 pages, bodybuilders still have no idea of what drives them.

Somebody should look it up and make this topic worthwhile.

Science doesn't tell a comforting story for them!

I suppose I do. Lifting weights is a legitimate exercize if it's done for the benefit of another athletic endeavour. I've done it myself for some sporting endeavour that I'm not going to talk about.

But it shouldn't be tried for the purpose of admiring oneself in the mirrors. Not to even need to mention that it's unhealthy in the opinion of medical professionals.

Now to explore the reasons most are involved in bodybuilding, is another matter.

There's no reason why anybody should shy away from having the conversation!

Well, I still say it sounds like a case of sour grapes, but at least you take the time to defend your position, which is more than I can say for most around here
 
How many of us at USMB regularly workout?

Running, weight training, distance walking, swimming, tree climbing?

I have steadily since HS, in the military, at uni, and in the private and public gyms.

We all know that it is good for us.

Tell us what you do.


None, other than construction work, which most days is probably more than going to a gym.

I could suggest the same, you were the one that interjected on a subject you claimed you cared nothing about and then admitted you were trolling to get reactions, asshole.

Lots of fat surrounding it can “hide” an inch or two at the base, so lowering body fat percentage can definitely make it seem longer. And getting in better health overall improves circulation and blood flow, which leads to stronger erections
 
The secret is to walk right as the sun comes up, when its the most coolest outside. I refuse to walk in the heat in the afternoon, as its in the 90's with 90% humidity. I did this today and got back before the heat became miserable.

We have had rain here daily for months, the bugs are bad and the ground is wet, but that too is an excuse most of the time.
I do need to start walking again. I have a face net to stop snorting or swallowing knats doing the backstroke across my eyeballs. I live in rural area ,trails here have snakes although I seldom see them.
