The "Voter Rights Bill" just like everything else the Democrats are shoveling is a stinking pile of crap. All of these so-called "suppressed voters" would have their voter ID cards by tomorrow if they knew they would be getting a $1000 gift card for registering to vote. It all comes down to apathy and motivation.
