How Catholic countries treat those who are not Catholic

I should have done a Search on how many countries are even Catholic anymore... not many

But in any case, there is this:

This was written by the late archbisoph Marcel Lefebvre, once head of the true Catholic Church (not the fake one in Rome 2022). this is what the Catholic Church used to teach... until the liberals got hold of it at Vatican II.

I have heard SSPX people say that that Church (the Pope F "church") is not even Catholic.

I believe them.
