Its difficult to see how he can.
Whatever deal the Iranians give him now will be worse than Obamas deal.
The world will always be at the mercy of Iran and there grip on thhe Straitt.

But at least if got Epstein off the headlines for a while.

Let's see…Iran's Air Force is in ruins, as is its "navy." Its nuclear weapons program is in shambles, its economy has been destroyed, its capacity to pump oil has been badly impaired, its top two levels of leadership have been decimated (look it up), and it no longer has the resources to fund Hamas, Hezbollah, the Hooties, etc., or to directly terrorize Israel. It is no longer an international threat.

So obviously, Trump's warlike initiative has been a failure, right?

At issue right now are the "nuclear dust," the strait of Hormuz, Iran's aspirations to develop a nuclear weapon, and the lifting of sanctions and the blockade, all of which can be favorably negotiated - which is what Our Beloved President is saying.

Total failure. Waste of resources. Riiiiiiiiiiiiight.

The biggest conundrum right now is "regime change." The U.S. wants regime change; Israel demands regime change; our Middle East "allies" are petrified of regime change, and are demanding that Trump back off of that specific objective. The Iranian people - a majority of them, apparently - want regime change, but are powerless to make it happen because of the death grip the IRGC/Mafia has on their society.

All indications are that "we" will get everything we want out of Trump's adventure EXCEPT regime change. The Iranians will promise to negotiate on this issue until the figurative camels come home, but nothing will come of it.

But you can bet on the fact that the domestic and international Left will declare this adventure to be a total failure because it did not effect regime change.
