'Most' is because I suppose there some areas exist that could be considered isolated for geographical reasons.

The premise of the hypothetical is that the Aztecs would be comparable in advancement and numbers to the Europeans. Were the Europeans constrained by “geographical reasons”? What cultures were spared due to these limitations?
