There are many white people who do not understand the ramifications of what they are doing now forcing guilt on their own. When their stomachs go empty and the rooves over their heads become sparse, they will. And it will be too late. However, in smaller regions they can thrive making sure the constitutional documents do not allow their knucklehead agendas. In fact, they do not even deserve to move to these areas of safety and abundance from what they will cause. People must become part of the culture and not separate from it within boundaries, or it splits the group up into smaller ones.
