Yes, God is all knowing, but the ALL Knowing God said THIS-

God is NOT willing that ANY should perish, but that ALL should come to repentance...should come.
God's Sovereign will is that NOT ONE perish-
God's Agape Love allows us the choice because HE says we "should", NOT that we all WILL.
Conclusion: It IS God's will for ALL to repent and NONE to perish. It IS God's Love that allows us choose. AND God KNOWS which choice each of us will make.

No. YOU are reading it all wrong. I presented God's Word, GOD is plain, does not mince words. It's up to YOU to CHOOSE what YOU will do about all this now. See, you made a choice and asked me a question. I CHOSE to answer.
