Full Appeals Court Vacates Dismissal of flynn Case

repubs celebrated when it went their way as proof but when it goes against their way then it is a conspiracy. The conspiracy is when Barr who has but one goal and that is to make Trump look good. Destroys any integrity that the judicial system might have all for political gains. This may go to the Supreme Court but once we vote Trump out then the DOJ will be under new leadership.

It is funny how two of the three judges said that Sullivan was overstepping his authority. Yet the third judge says the two judges are overstepping their authority.

Thus the full appeals court wants to look at this matter. They could have just ignored it but something about this requires scrutiny.

It clear that this is a case far beyond whether Flynn who admitted guilt can actually get away with it because he has the backing of the president.

The president has a DOJ that's has shown that their only purpose is to make Trump look good. Far cry from the DOJ that started the Mueller investigation.

This is a case of corruption. The corruption of a corrupt white house. IF the executive branch can manipulate the Judicial branch then where is the separation of powers.

The full court of appeals is going to handle this hot potato.

If I were Barr, I would appoint a prosecutor with the specific instruction to NOT prove the case or introduce evidence. Then, I would pressure Sullivan to immediately set it for trial.

The thing about this is Flynn's lawyers and Barr want to show that the FBI was corrupt in their investigation. It is known that Trump will pardon Flynn (hopefully in the next few months). But they want to damage the FBI based on whether his lying is material to a credible ongoing investigation. They point out emails sent between agents who are just getting a little excited during an investigation. The investigation against him would have died if the call between him and the Russian guy did not happen. They somehow tricked him and forgot to tell him that lying to the FBI is chargeable. Duh, like he didn't know that. This is just another way to throw dirt on the Mueller investigation. It doesn't matter, Trump will pardon and people have already drawn their conclusions. Trump was impeached. Nothing is going to change. The line in the sand is already drawn. Destroying the FBI and the DOJ for political gains is just how Trump rolls with his vindictiveness. He has to be right and everyone else has to be wrong. He has lawyers ready to do his bidding as long as he thinks that he has won. He also has the head guy at DOJ to do his bidding. Definitely traits not needed to be a president. It can make you look petty.

They say that the FBI was being petty and could have just said no harm no foul. Yet the DOJ is being petty with the look over here and not over there mentality. Let the legal system flow. Trump will pardon. People will forget or remember as they head to the polls.

Barr has made his living on finding ways out for a few repub presidents when there is trouble. Something tells me that he will be back and his brand of justice to protect the next repub president will be needed. Until then we will just have to wait.

So all the evidence against Flynn is essentially inadmissible. This has been the Rule of Law since the 1960's. Not exactly a new rule. Not exactly something new here.

And it isn't new. The Prosecutors and Cops have been violating Brady regularly. So the Rule of law is that the rules do not apply to the Prosecutors. When they are caught the accused generally speaking ends up going free. But not in the case of Flynn, because he is a bad guy.

Now, speaking to the Rule of Law, help me out here, what happens when the Rule of Law is we declare you guilty do you still want a trial? Imagine it with your opponents in charge. Because the rules you trample to get your enemy today, will be used against you tomorrow.

Did you get your law degree mail order? Judge Sullivan asked the dispute to be REVIEWED by the full court instead of just three judges and the appeals court granted his request. They may yet uphold the 3 judge decision.

And that was improper because the ******* commie judge is not a party in the case. He has no legal standing to ask for a review.

No there will be an emergency appeal to the supreme court and they will likely issue the writ of mandamus to Sullivan to dismiss the case, or direct the DC circuit to issue the writ.
