Facts About The Ahmaud Arbery Case: Racism? Seems Not.

So why did Greg McMichael state that he was cornered like a rat. Cornered means an attempt to detain.
The idiom "trapped like a rat" that Greg used, is a common figure of speech that is not to be taken literally. All intelligent people know that. But of course people like you who have a very low IQ, and many people suffering from autism, have a lot of difficulty comprehending figurative language.

Yeah, a figure of speech meaning trapped.

Yea the jury thought it was a figure of speech and convicted their asses. I guess that low IQ kicked in. 🤔

That's the debunked fake news version of events that you are mindlessly parroting. Idiots like you who have a very low IQ are very suggestible and therefore easily brainwashed by fake news.

The facts of that were established in the court case. The defense claimed it was justified as they were in pursuit of a suspected felon.

That and cowardliness. Apparently the juror intimidation tactics employed by the anti-white racist terrorists were successful.

The intimidation tactics seemed to have worked on the judge too.

The McMichaels should win on appeal because the judge failed to apply the rule of lenity.

LOLOL

Oh? How do YOU think that rule should have been applied?

If a law is ambiguous and therefore may be reasonably interpreted in 2 or more ways, since the state wrote the ambiguous law in the first place and the defendant is presumed innocent, the court must rule in favor of the defendant.

The court shirked that responsibility in an incredibly pathetic display of judicial cowardice by Judge Walmsley.

SCOTUS has already settled this a long time ago. The court must rule in favor of the defendant.

And I'd bet a dollar to a dime that it will the basis of their successful appeal.

The law isn’t. And that is another insane theory from a source of many such insane theories.

I didn't ask you to explain that rule. I asked you "how" YOU think it should have been applied. Of which law do you speak?

There's a TON of information about Arbery that I didn't know.
He was on felony probation. Many theft charges. Fighting someone who caught him stealing. And even calls from his mom to the police for getting aggressive with her.

Yeah, a figure of speech meaning trapped.

Except Arbery wasn't trapped. In fact, when he went around the passenger side of the truck, Travis was still on the drivers side of the truck. So he could've just kept running straight ahead. He could've ran until the cops showed up. No one forced Arbery to turn sharp left into Travis. That was his decision. People or animals who are trapped, don't have options. The entire definition of being trapped, is having no options.

But if Arbery had waited on the cops, being that he was already on felony probation, then he would've went to prison, or at least Co. jail for a while.

Greg McMichael believed he had him trapped.

As far as Arbery "turning left," that was his right to do so. Once Travis pointed his shotgun at Arbery, Arbery was legally allowed to fight for his life, which he tried to do. And in accordance with Georgia law, he had no duty to try to run away, as you suggest he could have done.

LOL

Over what do you delude yourself into believing Arbery would have been incarcerated?

You're probably right. Black boys seem to get huge breaks from judges these days. Note the black boy who ran through that parade.

You didn't answer my question. He didn't commit a crime that day, yet you claim he could have gone to jail or prison.

What crime do you delude yourself into believing he committed?

The black driver is in custody. And he is looking at Life in prison. What would you have happen?

Finally. He hasn't been fit for society in many many years. Chance after chance, over 50 offenses, and only now is he finally getting what he deserves. Why?
Because he's black. It's the new black privilege.

Still no answer from you about what crime you think Arbery committed that day, huh?
