The USA heavily subsidizes the Dairy industry in this country, thus the agreed upon tariffs on milk by Trump in the USMCA TRUMP TRADE AGREEMENT....AFTER they sell Canada a very high amount cap, which the USA has never reached and is only about half in sales of the cap, before any tariff kicks in.

The tariffs aren't the only reason for the market decline. The threat of a recession due what trump has done since taking over is also a concern.
