Democrat congressmen made a series of wild statements during a visit to an immigration detention facility in New Jersey where radical leftists have been protesting and rioting for days.
Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) and Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) turned up at Delaney Hall in Newark on Wednesday to demand entry and speak to aliens being held inside the facility by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Both Democrat officials offered comment to Border Hawk while waiting to be let through the gate.
“We know that the conditions inside are terrible. We know that there are 300 hunger-strikers. We know that people have died in here because of lack of medical attention. It’s our right to go in and see,” Rep. Nadler stated.
“In these detention facilities are many American citizens. They just haul them in and don’t seem to care who they are.”
Rep. Goldman asserted that “the immigration folks” in ICE facilities are “treated like criminals, even though they have no criminal record.”
Following a tour, the congressmen held a brief press conference, during which Goldman claimed that the Trump administration is trying to “force” illegal aliens to accept voluntary departure by subjecting them to an extremely hostile environment.

Commentary:
Isn't that the point? Of course it’s nonsense since these illegal aliens are offered incentives to go home and they won’t.
I’m not sure illegals have a better life here than their home countries. The US is a land for limited unskilled labor. They come here, and because of their lack of skills and language. It isn’t racism that keeps them down; it is a lack of skills and their inability to fit into a high-tech society. That’s one reason I want them to go back.
They should want to go back to where they came from, and we should help them do just that.
Benjamin Franklin believed that the best way to help the poor is to make them uncomfortable in their poverty, encouraging them to improve their situation.
Making them uncomfortable here will make them more appreciative of the home countries.
Meanwhile, DSA Democrats actually believe Trump and MAGA are supposed to red carpet these illegal alien democrats voters.
