People take the 5th because they are worried they may get charged with a crime. That doesn't mean they know they're guilty. The question is, why do these Hillary staffers believe they might be charged with a crime? Is it because they know they committed a crime and it will come out in the investigation or is it because there's a witch hunt investigation?Yes, they are all guilty. Anyone that takes the 5th is guilty no matter which tribe they belong to.
You on board with that?
How many times have the Republicans made great promises if we'd only elect t hem - only to do absolutely nothing. Hearings mean nothing. Name a hearing led by Republicans that led to anyone getting arrested or kicked out of office.Excellent example of the Democrats‘ double standards and hypocrisy. They demanded - and got - a two-year, multimillion-dollar federal investigation over completely falsified charges - but when thousands of Republicans report all sorts of shenanigans and the unprecedented halting of the count in six swing states, in the middle of the night, during an ALSO unprecedented massive mail-in ballot election, it‘s swept under the rug.
Not too late, though. When we win Congress later this year, we can demand a full investigation at the federal level. And the Dems know it. They will pull out all the stops - even claiming a new COVID ramp up to enable another mail-in ballot harvesting scheme.

In the case of the Trump investigation, it's now been proven to be a fake, witch hunt. It's perfectly understandable that the Trumps and their staffs took the 5th. We have no evidence that the Durham investigation is a partisan, political, witch hunt so the assumption for the Hillary folks is that it's the first option - they know they committed a crime - that led to them taking the 5th.
That’s still better than allow the demented Biden, manipulated by the far-left Marxists, to continue policies to make things worse. How many times have the Republicans made great promises if we'd only elect t hem - only to do absolutely nothing. The Republicans will stop some of Biden's agenda while passing much or most of it in the name of bipartisanship but they won't actually DO anything.

There really is only one thing to say at this point: LOCK HER UP!
You left out Skirpal, Steele's Russian Partner. Skirpal and his daughter had attempts on their lives because of what they knew about Russian Collusion and Obama, Biden and Clinton's involvement in the scam, which was an act of treason. The walls are closing in, progs:
Five associates of Hillary Clinton and her campaign are invoking their Fifth Amendment rights and refusing to cooperate with Special Counsel John H. Durham, according a filing in federal court revealed later Friday in Washington, DC.The revelation emerged in a motion filed by Durham to oppose the efforts of defendant Michael Sussmann and the Clinton campaign to withhold some documents from evidence by asserting attorney-client privilege.Sussmann is charged with lying to the FBI in 2016 when he informed the FBI about a fraudulent link between then-candidate Donald Trump and the Russian government via Alfa Bank. Sussmann allegedly presented himself as a concerned citizen, and hid the fact that he was working for the Clinton campaign. In the filing, Durham noted that while one witness, identified as “Researcher-2,” was granted immunity from prosecution in exchange for testimony, “at least five other witnesses who conducted work relating to the Russian Bank-1 allegations invoked (or indicated their intent to invoke) their right against self-incrimination.”Legal scholar Jonathan Turley noted in a commentary on the filing:[Durham] is now moving to give immunity to a key witness while revealing that the claims made by the Clinton campaign were viewed by the CIA as “not technically plausible” and “user created.” He also revealed that at least five of the former Clinton campaign contractors/researchers have invoked the Fifth Amendment and refused to cooperate in fear that they might incriminate themselves in criminal conduct.Turley also noted that Durham’s filing “also detailed how the false Russian collusion claims related to Alfa Bank involved Clinton General Counsel Marc Elias and Christopher Steele.”Steele is the former British spy who worked for opposition research firm Fusion GPS to produce the fraudulent Russia “dossier” that triggered government surveillance of the Trump campaign and the broader “Russia collusion”
They can take the Fourth and Fifth all they want. When the evidence is shown, and the jury of their peers finds them guilty they may then want to seek lower sentences by complying and answering the questions asked. You people need to make up your mind on whether taking the 5th is a big deal or not.
I do not know how you people even shave in the morning being so twofaced
That's where you're the most wrong. The Republicans want cheap labor for their donors. Don't make the mistake of thinking that the Republicans represent conservatives but they do not; they represent members of the BBB and, like the Republicans, they, too, like open borders. That’s still better than allow the demented Biden, manipulated by the far-left Marxists, to continue policies to make things worse.
I do think ONE thing for certain they WILL do is clamp down on the illegals swarming across our border. They will vote to use the materials sitting there unused to complete the wall, hire more border agents, and reinstate the wait-in-Mexico agreement.
They can get her lawyers to flip, the ones placed in the Mueller investigation were violatingThe walls are closing in, progs:

After the Susman confession on the stand today, they are all in deep doo doo. Susman implicated both Hilary and Obama as being fully aware of the fraud that was being perpetrated on the FBI and the FISA court. I'm amazed Susman is still walking and talking. Most people who have dirt on the Clintons are dead.People take the 5th because they are worried they may get charged with a crime. That doesn't mean they know they're guilty. You are an idiot. Ever hear of a perjury trap?Yes, they are all guilty. Anyone that takes the 5th is guilty no matter which tribe they belong to.

Their problem is that it can only go so far. The 5th only protects you from "self incrimination" so if the answer to a question cannot possibly implicate you in a crime you can be ordered to answer. The walls are closing in, progs:

Ask General Flynn about a perjury trap!Just like the progressive that said this...
"You see the mob takes the Fifth, If you're innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?"
That can't be determined ahead of time, so a judge can never tell a witness he can't plead the 5th.Their problem is that it can only go so far. The 5th only protects you from "self incrimination" so if the answer to a question cannot possibly implicate you in a crime you can be ordered to answer.
Also despite the fact that legally pleading the 5th doesn't prove guilt to a jury it generally does.
When you say "Republicans" you mean only the Republican politicians, not the rank and file. We already know that politicians are backstabbing douchebags. That's where you're the most wrong. The Republicans want cheap labor for their donors. Don't make the mistake of thinking that the Republicans represent conservatives but they do not; they represent members of the BBB and, like the Republicans, they, too, like open borders.
When Paul Ryan was Speaker, The Republican House include in the federal budget an explicit ban on Trump spending any money on the wall. When the Democrats took over, the explicit ban was dropped but they didn't fund it so Trump worked around them. The Republicans have done more to stop the wall than have the Democrats.
Actually under certain conditions they can be ordered to answer. That can't be determined ahead of time, so a judge can never tell a witness he can't plead the 5th.
Once you take the fifth, you can't answer any other questions because then you would be waving your 5th amendment right. Your site doesn't say otherwise.Actually under certain conditions they can be ordered to answer.
How does "taking the fifth" work -- can a witness choose to answer only some questions after "taking the fifth"?
Answer (1 of 7): Question: “How does ‘taking the fifth’ work -- can a witness choose to answer only some questions after ‘taking the fifth’?” You are entitled under the US Constitution to refuse to answer any question that has any possible(no matter how remote) way to incriminate you or be twist...www.quora.com

A judge can also literally grant limited immunity at anytime forcing you to answer.
If there is a bigger hypocrite then you, I ain't seen him. What a tool you are.The one you are helping with because you put party before country.
