For many years I made the case that Socialism is a religion. It occurred to me after reading this:

that Americans complaining about the president refusing to fire anyone involved in the many scandals he oversees the public should call for defrocking. Catholics are Catholic by choice; whereas, every American is being forced to fund the Socialist religion. In that sense there is ample justification beyond sexual perversion to use the word defrocking when any member of the Socialist priesthood goes astray. Note that in the institutional structure of the federal government Socialist bureaucrats are the equivalent of Roman Catholic priests. You might even say that cabinet members are bishops, and Supreme Court justices are archbishops. Congressional Democrats are cardinals the public defrocks from time to time.

There is one thing in the story that is enlightening:

The document was prepared from data the Vatican had been collecting and was compiled to help the Holy See defend itself before a U.N. committee this week in Geneva.

Archbishop Silvano Tomasi, the Vatican's U.N. ambassador in Geneva, referred to just one of the statistics in the course of eight hours of oftentimes pointed criticism and questioning from the U.N. human rights committee.

Why in hell is the Roman Catholic Church defending itself to those filthy bums at the UN? Answer: Both the Vatican and the United Nations do not believe in a separation of church and state. That is completely in sync with Islam’s theocracies. It also explains why the UN ignores Muslim brutality. More to the point, it explains a lot about UN-loving traitors in our own government who would like nothing better than to abolish the First Amendment.

Finally, I’d hate to see the UN get the idea that Americans should provide reports on the conduct of their federal officials. Democrats would love nothing better, but not every federal official is a Socialist.

Well, as much as I agree that many government employees should get a pink slip, it

There are civil service regulations so convoluted that, even if a civil servant is convicted for murder, he or she could remain on the rolls for years!

Besides, what would happen if one DID manage to fire them? Where would they go? Who would even bother to hire them? They would just add to the unemployment/welfare rolls!!!

I'm convinced that the THEORETICAL SOCIAL SCIENCE SYSTEMS are (and have been for over 100 years) replacing RELIGION as a FAITH BASED philosophy that people cling to.

The faith some people have in capitalism or socialism (as but two examples, there are many more) cannot be explained as entirely rational.​

The Founding Fathers probably never heard the phrase “social engineering.” Nevertheless, the First Amendment was designed to prevent that very thing. Socialists posing as Democrats get away with social engineering in spite of the First Amendment because Americans are slow in coming to the fact that Socialism/Communism has become the state religion in direct violation of theses 16 words:

Nothing shifts Democrats into high gear faster than defending perverts. That is why this rings true to me:
