What actual harm do you imagine by religion/faith being acknowledged in schools
The harm is that historically, the predominant religion (mostly Christian) gets to set the agenda for what religious principles will be acknowledged in schools.

Those of different faiths or no faith are ostracized

There are two kinds of Agnostics. Idont know and I cant know. How about Im just not sure. All are reasonable
There's only one kind. Agnostic means they don't know and they believe it is impossible to know.

Haven't you basically argued that it does matter what you believe because what you believe is going to impact the way you live...
No. There are many people who profess to believe in the heaven & hell narrative, but continue to sin.

Then the step forward is to set an agenda that is inclusive of all faiths, not to stomp on every faith. Students learning acceptance takes care of children who are prone to ostracize others.

It is this condescending attitude that makes people dislike the religious.
Trust me. Religious people do not have that market cornered.
We are the only ones capable of morality.
Trust me. Religious people do not have that market cornered. But that's not people's problem. People's problem is that when they are doing wrong they refuse to admit it.
Atheists do good things because it makes them feel good. ÃŒt is easier to be nice than to be mean.
Atheists do do good things. Atheists also do bad things. They aren't any different than anyone else except that they refuse to admit when they do bad things. In that regard they are no different from the religious.
The motivation of the religious is fear. Fear of not getting into heaven, fear of going to Hell
I hear that over and over again and it's just not true. That just a convenient strawman to knock down. I should write a book on all of the dumb and unnecessary arguments I hear from atheists on why they reject religion and God. You don't want to believe in God? Great. Do that. You want to believe in God but not join a religion? Great. Do that. But enough with the rationalizations already. You don't need to justify your decisions.

You are welcome to worship God as you see fit.
David Foster Wallace said people are free to choose whatever they want to worship but they will worship something. The only choice in the matter is what we choose to worship.

Hindus believe we are free to worship fame, fortune, power and pleasure but none of those will satisfy us because we were made for more.

They are both right.

Isn't that the same for all of us who profess the desire to be an expert at anything, but despite practice and determination, while good, still aren't experts? Many of us believe repentance for the forgiveness of sins, and are working to become experts at turning away from all sin. We can even become fairly good at this...but fail at becoming experts.

There is continuing to sin and there is continuing to have the determination to overcome all sin, but not always succeeding--and continuing to work at it despite the failures.

One can not be certain dont be so ridged. A good hobby for you is ikebana. It will calm you down and the Zen is very healthy. The pragna

They do as they are attracted by left wing ideology and siocialism
Not all atheists are liberals. Just because atheists do tend to be more liberal does not mean all atheists are liberal. Your characterization as left wing ideology and socialism is extreme. Even within the distribution of atheists that are liberal, not all of them are left wing socialists. This is your bias talking.

Judaism teaches to seek God's guidance by aligning personal actions with divine will, primarily through studying Torah and following its commandments, rather than expecting direct answers.

Christianity teaches to seek guidance through the Holy Spirit instead of rote rule keeping. It's one of the misconceptions of Judaism that Jesus corrected.
That means do it yourself.
Christianity teaches believe in Jesus or burn in hell. Youre a sinner you will be punished but Jesus loves you. Thats not guidance thats do it or else.

Atheist commies kill in large numbers because they have no moral values
No. They do it for the same reason any other group has; land, money, resources and power. By your logic the Jews who conquered the Canaanites had no moral values.

Explain the moral values of these events
Major Historical Atrocities By Christians
  • The Crusades (1096–1272): A series of military campaigns aimed at capturing the Holy Land. These resulted in hundreds of thousands of deaths, including the massacre of Muslim and Jewish populations during the capture of Jerusalem in 1099.
  • The Inquisition (12th–19th centuries): Established to root out heresy, particularly in Spain. It involved the forced conversion, torture, and execution of thousands of Jews, Muslims, and dissenting Christians (such as Protestants).
  • Wars of Conversion & Religious Wars:
    • Charlemagne's Saxon Wars (8th–9th centuries): Forced Christianization of the Saxons, including the Massacre of Verden where approximately 4,500 Saxons were executed.
    • The Albigensian Crusade: Targeted the Cathar sect in France, leading to an estimated 200,000 to 1 million deaths.
    • European Wars of Religion: Conflicts like the Thirty Years' War and the French Wars of Religion caused millions of deaths across Europe.
  • Colonial Atrocities & Cultural Genocide:
    • Canadian Residential Schools: A state-funded, church-run system designed to assimilate Indigenous children, leading to thousands of deaths from disease, neglect, and systemic physical and sexual abuse.
    • Missionary Activity: In regions like Africa and the Americas, some missionary efforts involved the destruction of indigenous cultures, forced labor on "missions," and the desecration of local shrines.
  • Persecution of Minorities:
    • Witch Hunts (15th–18th centuries): Resulted in the execution of an estimated 40,000–60,000 people, primarily women, based on church-endorsed doctrines.
    • LGBTQ+ Persecution: For centuries, medieval canon laws and the Inquisition targeted individuals for "sodomy," leading to imprisonment, torture

Correct. It was done by militant atheists for the same reasons the Jews killed the Canaanites; land, money, resources and power.

they were citizens of their country they were not having primary elections in 1917 or anywhere the countries being discussed.

Rightfully so
Wrongfully.

How would you feel if your kids had to say prayers to Allah?
"Had to?" You do not even understand the issue. Your ilk even bans voluntary, student-led prayer.

But as long as it was voluntary, and she chose to do so, who cares?

Oh yeah. PITA atheists do. Anytime someone voluntarily prays an atheist cries.

You make me ass-tired.

Predominate religion being mostly Christian is mostly in Europe and the nations that were it's former colonies.
Other parts of the world have other dominate religions.
Dar Al-Islam, the World of Islam is close competition.
