Do you believe that the Internet should be a free speech Platform?

you mean like Adam Schiff saying he has an abundance of concrete evidence showing Trump colluded with Russia?

You mean like that?

lol these goofs have zero to say that can be taken seriously; they need censorship, and they've succeeded in a lot of censorship agendas, getting journalists fired, college professors fired, govt. employees fired, al kinds of private industry flunkies fired. They simply do not care about destroying free speech.

The internet is not a free speech platform. Elements of the internet are owned by private companies. They have private property rights to determine what goes on their platform. Facebook and Twitter are owned by private companies.
Not when it comes to POPS law.
You are not a patriot. You are a socialist.
We do0 not have a terrible economy. We have a economy that has problems. What we are seeing is capitalism run amok. Companies are driving prices to increase their profits. They are screwing workers as we see the rich get richer and everyone else gets poorer.
Some good points.
Social media companies are owned by private companies. They pay for the equipment and without that investment, there would be no Facebook or twitter or anything else. You are the totalitarian who wants to seize private property. The bad guys are people like you.
POPS law is a thing.

The internet is a free speech platform. None of these individuals have been removed from the internet. They are all free to publish their own content as they see fit.

They have been removed from some websites by the owners of those websites who have the authority to determine who is allowed to use their property and for what purpose.

So the question actually is whether you think that private parties have the right to use their private property as they see fit.
This has been responding to multiple times by numerous posters. ..you’re entitled to your position you have taken your stance.

No not really, especially not at all like the lies of Alex Jones about Sandy Hook. Even Benedicts outright lies about the 2020 elections and other outrageous comments don't. If Adam said he had evidence of the PeePee tapes maybe, but as it was he was talking about the Trump Tower meeting and emails between a Russian and Trumpy Campaign officials.

Regardless, in a free country they all have the right and a platform to say it on.

Oh! So you admit those private entities are leftist and like to censor opposing ideas, aye?
They're not remotely leftist.

They're liberal, and their number one target is the left.
Here's the thing, mebucko: They let anybody speak, as long as they only say what the entity wants to hear.

If what they say falls outside of that box, they get canceled.
Yup.

Not here in America. The most popular social media online platforms are YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, all of which only the past few years have silenced those that Democrats disagree with, influencing the 2020 election.

You can find videos of Alex Jones on YouTube that we’re up for over 15 years. And still most people did not agree with the Guy.

Not easy.
They have been removed from some websites by the owners of those websites who have the authority to determine who is allowed to use their property and for what purpose.
Depends.

So if your neighbor wants to raise pigs in his backyard, you're okay with that?

Many wouldn't be.

Zoning and POPS laws are a thing.

POPS applies to entities who agree to the conditions of those laws in exchange for tax benefits. They don’t apply to everyone everywhere.

Furthermore, zoning is an issue because space is a limited resource. A pig farm next to you will affect your quality of life. There is no such space limitation on the internet. It’s limitless and one website has no effect on others.

Regardless of their popularity they are still free and are the ones to decide what goes on their platform. Nothing prevents any of them from reaching out to the intelligence agencies, the DNC or the RNC, for advice on a particular story.

See the Constitution for more info.

POPS law still applies.
POPS laws aren't part of the Constitution

This has far more to do with state constitutions than the US Constitution

Lloyd Corp. v.Tanner (1972), decided that the owners of a shopping center, Lloyd Center in Oregon, had the right to prohibit the distribution of political handbills unrelated to the operation of the shopping center.
