This is a covid relief bill. It provides relief to cities, states and people who are affected by covid.

It also provides jobs to people who may have permanently lost their jobs, helping to rebuild infrastructure. Helping people to rebuild their lives AFTER covide, TOO.

The USA has NEVER provided security for the world. You ALWAYS had "US Interests" to protect. There were lots of human rights violations in nations where US corporations don't have a presence at all and those nations were left to their own devices when the shit hits the fan.
