First, if the law is in place, it has to be equally applied. Dicks is an actual PA, in a State where age discrimination is illegal.

2nd, I for one support PA laws when applied to actual PA's. My issue has always been applying them to any business at all.

I am guessing many of my conservative cohorts will be on the wrong side of this, so if you claim to be conservative, and not just a Republican, then you should support a company having the right to serve their customers as they see fit. If Walmart doesn’t want to sell guns to people under the age of 21, they have that right. Just like a bakery who doesn’t want to make a cake depicting a gay wedding, has a right not to do so.

some Walmarts don't sell guns and ammo. If the entire company wants to drop those product lines, they have that right, but they don't have the right to discriminate due to age.
