Dems want tax on "rich": Whoever they are

You are the one injecting politics in this. I don't argue for one party. What I do is tear down the shibboleths, myths and inaccuracies of ideology, especially those of the rigid adherents.

And put up your own shibboleths, myths and inaccuracies.
Thanks.

Right. This coming from the guy who said debt to GDP fell to the lowest level since WWII under Reagan.

Outstanding.

That's a lot more defensible than saying the German Euro is overvalued and the Greek Euro is undervalued.

If you think this is real socialism now, well, lol.

This is the crux, you aren't arguing my position. But while saying you are against socialism you are endlessly arguing on behalf of a party that is moving unflinchingly in exactly that direction.

To fear sociazlism in a country that is already purchased by the corporation is complete stupidity.

53% of republicans believe taxes on the rich should be raised.

Are the republicans in office doing what they people want?

HELL NO!

They are doing the bidding of the Koch brothers instead of what the majority of their voters want.

RIGHT BEFORE AN ELECTION!

They dont work for you.

They work for the corporations

You know, there is no "one sentence per paragraph" rule any more....

See Toro, your silence on our communist little honey belies that you argue what you believe, not a side, and that you're against socialism. You are against it, but the only ones you will argue with are the ones who are against it.

word

You shouldn't make assumptions about other people's motives. It belies your resume.

There are no "assumptions" in my post. I said you only argue with people who are against socialism. That is a statement of fact, not assumption, and it's not a statement about your motive either. What you have is...I don't like the statement that implies about my motive and I object. Fine, but I still didn't make an assumption and didn't make a statement about your motive. You should ask yourself though why exactly you only support the socialist Democratic party when you're an avowed anti-socialist. And if you think you know, you should ask yourself why you object when it's pointed out but still can't explain why an anti-socialist only defends socialists.

Your reply had nothing to do with what I posted...

Try again

My post was exactly in reply to the quote that I posted. I directly addressed your question if in capitalism the market can demand something and get it. The answer, from econ 101 is no, there has to be supply.

Try again

I posted about how consumers have no choice to buy any prescription drug they want to. Has nothing to do with supply and demand. Are you sure you have a degree?

Even us lowly sewer workers understand it

I'm sure your question isn't clear enough to answer. Are you referring to government drug laws? If that is the case it's not capitalist. If it's not, please clarify the question because at least one of us don't know what you're trying to say...

I'm sorry you don't understand basic economics. Not my problem.

SInce I obviously have a better grasp than you, you are right it is not your problem. Your problem is ignorance.

Keepin mind the last time we had this "the rich dont pay their fair share" we ended up with the AMT, which bites middle class people now. That's where this is headed.
