I must say that the doctor could have kept a tighter leash on that waste of space and therefore taught it better to resist the indoctrination, but that's not culpability. I'm sure he was a busy man and there were a lot of years where he probably wasn't paying a lot of attention to what the "education" system was doing to his child.
