Stoddard: Clinton supporters tripping over email spin
Hillary Clinton is under investigation by the FBI for crimes under the Espionage Act....
"It is what it is, I don’t think we should make a federal case over it.”
- D-Sen. Dianne Feinstein, vice chairwoman of the Select Senate Intelligence Committee. (Feinstein is also D-Senator who could not name 1 Hillary accomplishment in an interview, even after using Google.)
"The report destroyed much of Clinton’s oft-repeated rationale for housing government records — all of her business emails as secretary— on a secret server she neither sought approval for nor secured to protect against hacking. We already knew:
- Clinton is the only Cabinet secretary to use a private server
- She deleted more emails than she turned over
- She provided emails in paper form that couldn’t be electronically searched
- She did not in fact turn over all of her work emails
- More than 2,000 of them contained classified information."
In a new email from the report — mysteriously never before released — Clinton tells an aide she didn’t want to use the State Department email system because she didn’t want her personal emails to be accessible.
- THAT is called 'INTENT', boys and girls!
She never sought permission for her server.
She said she had it set up so she could e-mail Bill, who then declared he never used s-mail.
Clinton had also signed a policy statement requiring employees to avoid using their personal email system for all work email in order to comply with the Federal Records Act....yet she BROKE THE LAW - both the FOIA and the Federal Records Act.
“The OIG also found that retention by Secretary Clinton of her emails, the fact that she provided 55,000 pages of emails, mitigated the fact that she used a private server.”
"Cheryl Mills, chief of staff for Clinton during her four years at State, stated in sworn testimony that no one anticipated the unprecedented setup would create problems. “I wish that had been something we thought about,” Mills said..."
Hillary purposefully, intentionally withheld State Department and State Department-related e-mails, documents, and data. The State Department already came out, AFTER Hillary had declared she had turned all of it over, and publicly declared she did NOT turn all of it over as she was required to by the law. She said in her testimony she had done so, but that has been proven to be a LIE.
Unfortunately for Hillary the Federal Records Act dstates “whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.”
- She hid (CONCEALED) e-mails and documents, tried to wipe her server and destroy e-mails / documents (MUTILATES / OBLITERATES), and lied about having turned it all over.
And that is why Liberals have been tripping all over themselves trying to keep up with the evidence coming out and continue to have a hard time spinning all of it into something believable, that does not defy common sense.
