It's blatantly obvious he despises Kamala—the DEI running mate he was forced to select, backstabbed him, forced him out of his candidacy, and assumed his role as the next Commander-in-Chief. I have no doubts that Biden intentionally attempted to sabotage her campaign by contradicting what she was saying, wearing the MAGA hat, using proactive language against Americans, and continuing to use statements to draw Harris close to his administration.
