Scalia was a thorn in the side of law enforcement and W's warrantless spying. And he was consistent when Obama came in. Souter was a pain in HW's ass. And of course Roberts was a "traitor" in finding the ACA const. Gorsuch's track record on the 4th amend is interesting. It was hard for dems to oppose him even after Garland, because of qualifictions. Kavenaugh ... not so much.

Trump can't get justice from "Obama" or "Latino" judges. Because of some perceived latent hostility to the power of Trump. But the issue here is that federal statutes allow for application for asylum even if a person didn't come through a port of entry. At least in theory, a potus cannot rewrite INS procedures to differ from a law.

Well, as Putin and Mohommed bin Salman have proven, all you have to do to get Trump to declare you innocent of all charges is to say, "Nuh-uh!" several times. Then you can whack as many people as you wish, or interfere in our country's elections all you want.

Evidence of guilt? Meaningless to Trump. A strong denial from deep in the belly is what proves one's innocence.

John Roberts is not living in a fairy land in order to make a silly public rebuke of the president which everyone knows is absurd ("there is no such thing as an Obama judge"). No such thing as a Trump judge? A Bush judge?
All judges are automatons in robes who all have the same views, the same opinions, the same backgrounds, prejudices and legal views?
That's absurd on the face of things. Roberts has a screw loose.

He's living in a dangerous politicized zone where he doesn't belong and to claim judges are all square, play it down the middle arbiters of laws is asinine and there's a reason why presidents fight tooth and nail in order to get their judges appointed to the bench, be it national or regional.
Ask Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez why she wants to pack the Supreme Court with leftist judges more like
Ruth Bader Ginsburg than Anton Scalia.

I'm at a loss to explain why Roberts would enter the political sphere (which by the way puts his impartiality
