That is INCORRECT.
No amendment "gifts" anything.
Rights are supposed to be inherent and always existed.
What amendments do is just preserve inherent rights.

The problem with claiming anyone "gifts" a right is that then it is just arbitrary and can be rescinded as easily as gifted. And that is not the case. Government recognizes rights but is NOT at all the source of rights.

There is no real point to the legislation against ghost guns.
The reality is government has no authority to register them at all.
We not only have the right to have guns for defense, but the right of privacy for government to now know we have them.
There is no reason for government to want to register guns unless they want to illegally confiscate them.
Criminals will not be effected because they can easily just grind off the serial number from any gun they obtain by any means.

Cool theory…but there’s no time for word games and or semantics….Are you saying we’d still have our Constitutional rights if the Constitution was never authored?
Hopefully you realize how silly that sounds. The words written by our great framers GIFTED the rights to the people.
