Chicago's ban on gun sales ruled unconstitutional

Things are looking up in the windy city.
Chicago's ban on gun sales within the city is unconstitutional, a federal judge ruled, saying the local law on weapons “goes too far.”

How they were able to violate the 2nd amendment all this time unchallenged is beyond me.
Last year, Illinois lawmakers voted to allow public possession of concealed guns in the state.
