Chauvin was clearly indifferent to the life of his detainee. I can’t say Chauvin was innocent. And the life Chauvin’s detainee led prior to his arrest that day isn’t all that relevant to the disgraceful way Chauvin behaved.

All that said, I don’t believe any of us should be so cavalier about the shitty life Chauvin is now living.
