Derek Chauvin’s lawyers allowed to examine George Floyd autopsy samples

The Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor only got 12 years for the point-blank shooting and murder of Justine Damond.
And then he was released after only 3 years.
Why wasn't Noor charged with violating Damond's civil rights?
Chauvin got 22 years, and the coroner said that he didn't even harm Floyd.
Minnesota is a fucked-up state.....crazy left wing knuttjobs

The difference is intent.

Noor screwed up, but his bad judgment was momentary.

Chauvin had nine minutes to evaluate what he was doing, with a crowd begging for the man's life.

First, a lethal dose isn't always lethal. It depends on one's tolerance, and I'm sure being a habitual user, his was higher.

The thing is, he wasn't going to die that day without Chauvin putting his knee on his neck.

Just like a "Mercy killer' nurse isn't going to get off on a "He was going to die anyway" claim.

Also, if anything, the BLM demonstrations probably helped Trump. They shouldn't have, it was another example of his failed leadership. But it did scare stupid white people into voting for him.
The coroner said that Chauvin didn't bruise or cut or restrict Floyd's breathing.
Floyd died from a heart attack.

Are you saying Chauvin intended to murder Floyd in front of witnesses?
BTW, he was trying to restrain Floyd with his knee on his shoulder.
Chauvin got a bogus political conviction.

Floyd died from a heart attack.

The same coroner ruled his death a homocide. You can't have it both ways.

Chauvin got a bogus political conviction.

He was so fucking arrogant he thought he could get away with it. Why not? We rarely punish cops for misconduct.

there were two coroners, and two reports
the state's coroner
and the defendant's coroner

Joe gets woodies from dreaming about white men getting raped in prison, like all commies do. Marxism attracts sexual deviants and sociopaths.

Chauvin did what the rules said. Floyd the giant would have injured someone in his death throes and then you libs would say, "If only chauvin had done what the MNPD rules say."

Near the end of the trial the city announced they were givng floyd's family $27 million. They shouldn't have gotten anything but to announce it during the trial was an attempt to mislead the jury.

Chauvin is grasping at straws. It will come to nothing.

Trouble is he can't get lawyers to fight for him. They fear they will be disbarred if they get chauvin released. Some of trump's lawyers were disbarred merely for arguing trump's cases!!!

The same corrupt left wing Dem Machine in charge of Minn wants both Noor and Chauvin out. This is what Dem big city machines do. They hire only Democrats. They are COMPLETELY CORRUPT. When something needs to be "shut up" they have GOON SQUADS in the police force to accomplish that goal. Chauvin was in charge of such a GOON SQUAD, and Floyd KNEW THAT, which is why he said "THEY're (the GOON SQUAD, not just Chauvin) gonna kill me" (allegedly a full 20 minutes, at least, after "ingesting twice the legal dose of Fentanyl" which would have offed him in 5 and made him incoherent in 2 minutes).

the coroner said

That coroner is the key. Why didn't BLM want that coroner fired? The coroner lied, Chauvin got convicted anyway, in theory BLM should have wanted that coroner prosecuted too, but didn't... until asked 600 times and finally did years later... or claims it did.

The reason people are murdered in big cities and nobody even gets a grand jury is because these big city Dems have a completely corrupt coroner to make sure the machine never suffers any harm for offing people. Chauvin was only convicted because the Feds stepped in. San Diego had such a situation 20 years ago. San Diego led the nation by 10 fold in "he charged the officer with a knife" before the officer pumped 40 rounds in him... Even when the officer's shots were in the back of the deceased, no grand jury was even convened.

The Tucker Carlson inspired worship of Derrick Chauvin is way beyond the scope of what the GOP should tolerate. First of all, Tucker is an obvious FRAUD himself having cheered THE STEAL and having heroes like Chauvin and Jeff Sessions and Brian Kemp and Q-Anon SHEmon Jake Chansley and calling Trump "demonic". If you haven't figured out Tucker is a fraud, you have the same IQ as a mushroom.

Derrick Chauvin is part of the Minneapolis Dem political machine. That NIGHT CLUB was for the RICH KIDS, the RICH JEWISH DEMOCRATS IN MINN, and Chauvin was there to MAKE SURE NOBODY NOTICED WHAT WENT DOWN THERE.... coke, whores etc.

Now somehow Floyd either did something or was accused of something, like making off with a video of one of the political brats doing coke and getting violent with a whore, and he needed to produce that video "or else..." and that's what the 5 minute Chauvin Floyd chat before death was all about...

Chauvin didn't shoot floyd and floyd didn't charge anyone with a knife. The incident is on video. There is no question chauvin did what he was supposed to do. The issue is what caused the death of floyd.

That makes no sense.
It makes total sense. Problem is you have no answer to it. I will repeat what i said re chauvin's chances of getting a new trial:

Trouble is he can't get lawyers to fight for him. They fear they will be disbarred if they get chauvin released. Some of trump's lawyers were disbarred merely for arguing trump's cases!!!

Typical SUB with reading comprehension of a 2nd grader if that.

Ever parrot Tucker Carlson?

Did you want Q-Anon SHEmon Jake Chansley released too?

What about Jeff Sessions, do you love him too?

Nobody claimed Chauvin offed people with the bogus excuse of being "charged with a knife." That is from San Diego, but to comprehend that requires an IQ over 5, and nobody supporting/defending Chauvin has that...

The issue is what caused the death of floyd.

which also requires an IQ over 5.

How long does it take for a human who has ingested twice the lethal dose of Fentanyl to die???

DUH DUH DUH DUH, Tucker didn't say....

correct, HE DID NOT SAY, because the ANSWER is under 5 minutes, or shorter than the conversation Chauvin and Floyd had outside the police car... and the allegation is that the Fentanyl was consumed before passing the "faux $20 bill" which was 15 minutes before that conversation....

DUH DUH DUH DUH I'm parroting that coroner, because Tucker did...

Chauvin gets some good news from a U.S. District Court judge.

The trial was a miscarriage of justice and one hopes the verdict will one day be tossed.

Lawyers for former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin will be permitted to study autopsy heart and fluid samples from the George Floyd's post-mortem medical examination. US District Judge Paul Magnuson agreed to the request Monday, after Chauvin’s legal team argued that it was a heart condition that killed Floyd. Floyd was also high on fentanyl when he was arrested on allegations of passing a counterfeit bill.
“Given the significant nature of the criminal case that [Chauvin] was convicted of, and given that the discovery that [he] seeks could support [the pathologist's] opinion of how Mr. Floyd died, the Court finds that there is good cause to allow [Chauvin] to take the discovery,” Magnuson wrote in his ruling. He said Chauvin’s attorneys can now test evidence from histology slides and tissue samples removed from Floyd when he was undergoing an autopsy.
Prosecutors alleged that Chauvin kneeled on Floyd's neck while restaining him and that the action was lethal. Chauvin was convicted in the death of George Floyd, which inspired widespread violence and mayhem in the BLM riots of 2020. Floyd died in police custody in Minneapolis on May 25, 2020. Protests, riots and violence began in Minneapolis then spread to cities across the United States. Insurance companies estimate the damage in the billions of dollars.
Chauvin was sentenced to 21 years in jail. He has continued his efforts to have that conviction reversed by referencing “ineffective assistance of counsel” from his first lawyer, Eric Nelson, whom he accuses of not following-up on a forensic pathologist’s assessment that Chauvin was not to blame for Floyd’s death. Dr. William Schaetzel stated that he believes Floyd died as a result of a heart condition called takotsubo cardiomyopathy. Although an attack is only temporary it can be highly traumatic to the muscle walls of the heart.

Dirty cops like Chauvin should be locked up for life.

That's not why Trump's attorney's were disbarred. Attorney's are allowed a LOT of discretion & "creativity" when making their arguments including making assertions that are not factually true.

Trump's attorney's got disbarred for intentionally lying to the court by making statements that they, as attorneys, knew or should have known were false.

What happened to the Good Ole Days when white cops could beat a black man to death and just say, "he was resisting arrest".
