I don't see the "if", in the letter of the law regarding it. And this isn't the first such ruling, in trump's second term.If he made an illegal appointment in the first place.

Wrong. As the decision says, they at worst failed to adhere to proper procedure.
heh hehEasily corrected.
You're lying as per usual:Wrong. As the decision says, they at worst failed to adhere to proper procedure.
Easily corrected. But not a breaking of the law.
loser said what? She was renting her other primary house to her niece while claiming, the house she was getting another mortgage on was going to be her primary house. So by your argument on here, makes Trump innocent. Research your battles, before you start them. Dumbass. Lying to get a better interest rate! Lol, or lying period to get a loan.
It doesn’t matter what you “see.” Did you familiarize with the government’s alternative position?I don't see the "if", in the letter of the law regarding it. And this isn't the first such ruling, in trump's second term.
it wasn’t an illegal appointment. It was (again, at worst) a mere procedural error.heh heh
No
If it were "so easily corrected", they would not have had to make the illegal appointment in the first place.
Who is going to refile this case?
No shitbag. It was an improper appointment at worst. To label it “illegal” is simply false. Which is why you latch on to the misuse of that term.
Illegal means to "violate the law". Trump was convicted of doing it 34X.No shitbag. It was an improper appointment at worst. To label it “illegal” is simply false. Which is why you latch on to the misuse of that term.
You’re an asshole, as always.
A violation of the appointments clause is invalid. But assuming that the judge was right on the law, it still doesn’t call the appointment “illegal,” you rat faced turd.Illegal means to "violate the law". Trump was convicted of doing it 34X.
But back to this fiasco with Comey.
Here is the Judge's Ruling:

Your blob and Blondi violated the law.
That is fact.
I know...I know...you will now argue that you know more than a federal judge. What are you basing that on? Your hatred and little else.
Run along junior and take your sock puppets with you.
She did not avoid taxes or falsely claim two homes as her primary home and is not charged with that either, silly one....sheesh!You cannot claim two primary residences. It's against the law, like I said my second property cost me 4 times more than in taxes than it does now. So she also committed tax fraud also.
What would it be called? A violation of the law instead of just illegal?A violation of the appointments clause is invalid. But assuming that the judge was right on the law, it still doesn’t call the appointment “illegal,” you rat faced turd.
Go **** yourself and all of your socks.
As for me, I have never had a sock. You’re projecting again.
It would be called an invalid appointment. What would it be called? A violation of the law instead of just illegal?![]()
You didn’t have any problem calling it an illegal appointment when it was during the Biden administration. It would be called an invalid appointment.
You’re generally too forthright (your disingenuous use of the emoticon notwithstanding) to pretend that a violation of a procedural rule is “illegal.” We both know that illegal is used to imply “criminal.”
Let me guess. A Democrat judge put his thumb on the scales of justice.
Different prosecutor or it's approved on appeal. Didn't you read the story? How do you figure? Trump played his illegal trick once, he can't play it again.
I understand the frustration but I want to push back a bit.Thank you!
That really sucks!
It is such a loophole for gov't to be able to extend a statutory time limit for an indictment...if it means how it reads or seems to mean...
All the gov't has to do is make mistakes purposely, to get the charges dismissed, and it buys them another 6 months to get prepared to indict again!
I see James is looking at 30 years. I haven't lost, you loons have.loser said what?
Just tap out man...you lost.
