Case Against Former FBI Director James Comey Dismissed

The technicality was easiest to prove. There’s about 10 more reasons it should be dismissed.

How many times do you want to be embarrassed?
Let’s hear it.

Comey lied on video to Congress.

No it isn't. This is the end of the line for Trump, and not just on this case.

The statute of limitations has passed on the Comey case. The Leticia James case was also dismissed and my guess is the John Bolton case is also on thin ice.

The problem for Trump is that he really did commit all of the crimes he was charged with, and a whole lot of shit he will never be charged with. The guy has always been a crook, and it's all catching up with him.

We'll see. Trump has three more years to indict swamp creatures and Democrats. I wouldn't be so sure Comey is off the hook.

Comey lied on video to Congress.

Vindictive prosecution
Violation of 4th amendment
Violation of 5th amendment
Violation of attorney client privilege
Abuse of grand jury

And that’s all before trial, where the jury will see the case doesn’t even make an ounce of sense.

You don’t even know what the lie is exactly.

Three more years of this hilarious failure?

Gee, Comey, you better watch out!

Then Comey has nothing to worry about when it goes to trial.

It shouldn’t ever have been indicted. He had to install a pathetic loser to do it because anyone with a spine would never have done it.

Comey will have an excellent case to be generously reimbursed by the government for the violation of his rights.

Dismissed without prejudice. And will be appealed.

Meaning, he can be re-indicted.

What exactly will be appealed?

I have yet to here anyone articulate this. Certainly not the incompetents in the Trump.administration.

The raid was of course very successful, ad they found exactly what they went there to find, which was materials stolen by the rapist charity thief.

They fondled some expensive silk panties, so I guess mission accomplished. :laughing0301:

Oh yeah, they staged a crime scene photo, then they lied to the
judge about it.

"In their filing, prosecutors acknowledged the government had previously — and incorrectly — told U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon that the boxes remained “in their original, intact form as seized,” other than a decision to replace classified documents with placeholder sheets.

That depiction, the prosecutors conceded, is “inconsistent” with their current understanding that some of the documents are not now in the same order as they appear in digital scans of the records that were made in the fall of 2022 after Cannon ordered an unusual process to review whether the FBI may have seized legally privileged records.

“There are some boxes where the order of items within that box is not the same as in the associated scans,” prosecutors wrote, adding in a footnote: “The Government acknowledges that this is inconsistent with what Government counsel previously understood and represented to the Court.”"

Based on the appointment clause. The criminal charges were not dismissed which means that they can still be prosecuted.

The indictments were thrown out, but without prejudice. Meaning new indictments will be coming.
