Senator Kelly was NOT "On Duty". He correctly stated no member of the United States Military could forced, intimidated or coerced into obeying an Illegal Order. At no time did Senator engage traitorous or seditious language. Under the First Amendment he has right to inform service members of their duty, that is all he did.

Kelly was speaking as a Senator and using said status as a position of authority.

So **** off.

Juan McQuisling was one of the greatest disappointments of my life.
Years ago, I really admired him.
By the time he ran for President in 2008, I couldn't stand the thought of voting for him. So I didn't. I voted third party.

He lost me when he came carpetbagging to Colorado (I lived there at the time), to pimp for a ballot initiative to ban the mythical "gun show loophole" after Columbine.

What tiny shreds of respect I had for the man were torched right then and there.

Just as an update...

The case was filed and an application was made for an Emergency Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) preventing DOD from taking any action while litigation proceeded.

The DOD must file a response by 1000 Thursday and a bench hearing is scheduled for 1600 Thursday on the TRO. That is NOT a determination on the case, but simply a determination as to whether DOD can proceed with the censure and grade reduction process while the main case continues.
