Senator Kelly quite simply and quite clearly reminded U.S. Military Personnel did NOT have to obey an Illegal Order. Nothing Senator Kelly was Treasonous, nor was it Seditious.

No service member, under the Uniform Code Miliary Justice (U.C.M.J.) AND U.S. Manual For Courts Martial (U.S.M.C.M.) is obliged, nor can they forced or coerced, or intimidated into obeying an Illegal Order. To say otherwise is an outright lie.

The government’s actions “trample on protections the Constitution singles out as essential to legislative independence,” Kelly’s lawyers wrote in the lawsuit, which was also filed against the U.S. Navy Department and its secretary, John Phelan.
