Yes, underage kids can be taken in without being charged with a crime. It is part of being a juvenile. The law states that cops can take them if they are in danger. Considering they are on the streets prostituting themselves (or being prostituted), showing danger should be no problem.

And yes, underage rioters can be taken in without being charged. Juveniles do not have the same rights as adults. I thought this was common knowledge.

If the child seems to be endangering himself/ herself they are put in juvenile hall to give them counseling and time because some are so brainwashed they need counseling..

Better law. Under-aged teenage prostitutes will not be charged if they turn over the name of their pimp. Yes they can make deals with prosecutors now, but now it would be in law.

Second pimping an underaged girl would be a mandatory life sentence.

A kid will not be called a prostituted , but a victim instead ( so while they are being assessed and put into a home the word victim will be on the paperwork that follows them through life.

The child will not be arrested and have paper trails on them, but put into the custody of the courts to get them a home, food and clothing..unless of coarse if they have parents looking out for them .
